Beautiful condominium with three large towers, two right on the beach and one across the street on the river. All three buildings were damaged by hurricane Ivan and their insurance company tried to close their claim for less than a tenth of what they should have paid. This was an interesting battle with lots of complicated issues but the final settlement was tens of millions of dollars above their initial claim payment.
