"The level of experience and expertise which your company brought to the table on my behalf was a pleasure to witness. Your handling of my claim produced a much greater return than I ever anticipated. I will recommend you always."

Thirty years of experience enables us to guarantee that if we take on your claim as your public adjuster we will increase your settlement or you owe us nothing. That's a promise.

But first let's determine whether you even need our help. The best insurance adjusters do a good job of balancing the demands of their employers and the rights of the policyholders in putting together the structural estimate. You may have one of these assigned to your claim. If the adjuster treats you properly then you won't need our help. That's the best thing that could happen with your claim and our experience tells us that this happens about a third of the time.

So how can you know whether you are being given a fair estimate? While this is probably your first loss, it's not ours. We are willing to give you a "second opinion" at no charge. We will read your policy and review your estimate before ever becoming formally involved. It is about more than about just a repair estimate – it is also about policy coverage and what you are actually entitled to in the policy and the endorsements you purchased. Why would we do this? It's the only way to honestly determine if you will need any outside help for your claim and we don't believe that you should hire anyone if you don't need them.

More to the point, we are only willing to get directly involved in those claims where it becomes clear to us that the insurance company's calculation of the loss is under-estimated. We have no incentive to take on claims where the insurance company is making a good offer since our compensation provides that we get paid a small percentage of the additional settlement, and not on the original offer amount.

In other words, our clients keep 100% of what their insurance company initially offers PLUS they keep the lion's share of any additional money that we are able to get for them. There are no up-front fees and we are only paid after the new monies have been received by you. Each loss is unique and if the appraisal process is utilized for your claim then our fee will be a little different than referenced above; but we can talk about the options once we look things over.

We are members of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, the Better Business Bureau and other respected entities and hold to the high ethical standards they have ordained for all of their members. We will not ask the insurance company to pay for something they don't owe, but be assured that we will carefully, and skillfully, make a claim for absolutely every benefit that you are entitled.

While waiting to see how the building estimate turns out many of our clients ask us to help them with the innumerable details associated with the personal property portion of their claim. For most homeowners the listing, describing, pricing and documenting of all their damaged contents is the most painful and daunting task associated with their KY or TN insurance claim. We have a great deal of experience in this area, so please let us know if you have any questions, or want some assistance, with this part of your claim.
